Local votes and rules
π Data center rules Β· Wyoming County
Wyoming County planners reviewed a draft change to the county land development rules aimed at data centers. They voted unanimously to recommend calling it 'High-Intensity Nonresidential Land Development' instead of naming data centers, so the rules cover other big projects too. The commissioners have not adopted it yet.
