๐Ÿ“„ How to ask for public records in Pennsylvania

  1. Anyone who lives legally in the U.S. can ask. It's free to ask.
  2. Find the "Right-to-Know Officer" on your township, borough or county website.
  3. Send a short written request. Say exactly what you want, for example: "Any non-disclosure agreement about the data center project on Route 30, 2023 to today."
  4. They have 5 business days to answer. They may take 30 more days.
  5. If they say no, you can appeal to the Office of Open Records within 15 business days.

๐Ÿฆบ Stay safe: only take photos from public roads. Never go onto private land.
