Corscale Highlands East data center (Highland Street, Swatara Township)
Also called: Highlands East Data Center, 4951 Highland Street site (behind WITF)
A Texas-based company, Corscale, wants to build two large one-story data center buildings on 157 acres off Highland Street in Swatara Township. Where things stand: Land development plan went to the Swatara Township Planning Commission on Sept. 8, 2026. No approval yet.
๐ Latest update (Sept 8, 2026): Corscale showed its 121-page land development plan for two buildings on Highland Street to the township planning commission. Residents asked about noise, generators, water and who the tenant is.
