PNK Group data center (Gregg Township, Union County)
Also called: 198 Enterprise Boulevard
PNK Group wants to turn an existing 478,000-square-foot building in Gregg Township into a data center, with more buildings possible later. It has no tenant yet. Neighbors worry about noise, power bills and property values.
Where things stand: PNK asked for conditional use approval; hearings on zoning amendment and conditional use were planned (summer 2026).
π Latest update (Sept 14, 2026): Third session of the supervisors' public hearing on PNK P2 LLC's zoning amendment and conditional use requests, at the Warrior Run Fire Dept. Social Hall.

π What we checked
- Oct 6, 2026: We checked the Susquehanna River Basin Commission's public list of water applications: there is no water application from this project. As of mid-2026, SRBC said Amazon's Salem Township campus was the only data center it had approved. A data center needs SRBC approval before it runs if it uses up (mostly by evaporation) more than 20,000 gallons a day on a 30-day average, or takes water from its own wells or streams above SRBC limits.
