A New York company planned to buy 37 acres in the Great Stream Commons industrial park for a data center. In August 2025 it backed out of the deal. A different company, PNK Group, later proposed a data center in the same park.

Gregg Township supervisors voted unanimously to pause new data center applications for up to 180 days. A data center plan already filed for Great Stream Commons is not covered by the pause.

PNK P2 LLC asked Gregg Township (Union County) to change its zoning to add data centers and to approve a data center as a conditional use at 198 Enterprise Blvd. in the Great Stream Commons park near Allenwood. The plan reuses part of a large warehouse. Hearings began July 20, 2026 and continued August 25 and September 14. No decision was found.
