A three-building, 2.56 million-square-foot data center campus was approved in July 2025 on High Falls Road. The county requires closed-loop cooling. As of September 2026 the developer had not applied for permits to start work.

Spalding County's planning board unanimously recommended denying the 75 South data center campus: seven two-story buildings totaling 2.24 million square feet plus a power station on about 292 acres along Tomochichi Road. County commissioners were set to take it up May 28, 2026. It would have been the county's fourth data center. A tracker later lists the project as withdrawn.
