T5 plans a data center campus on Gullatt Road in Fairburn that could reach about 300 megawatts. The state filing lists up to six buildings and about $3.2 billion. T5 said the 91-acre site was already zoned for data centers.
Where things stand: Filed for state review in May 2025; the site was said to be already zoned for data centers. First phase to start in 2027.
