βοΈ Court case
Stonebridge Associates, a Maryland company, wants to build a data center campus at the old Powder Mill Works site, which crosses North Beaver and Mahoning townships. North Beaver rejected its application as incomplete because a $3,000 escrow fee was missing. Stonebridge appealed and says the stricter June 2026 rules should not apply to it. It has also sued both townships in Lawrence County court.
