Supervisors adopted the tax assessor's value of about $292 million for each of Amazon's five buildings at the Mega Site. Amazon had argued for about $70 million each and would not share its building costs. Amazon pays under a fee-in-lieu deal that also repays a $215 million state loan. Talks were to continue.
