A developer wants to rezone land on Cochran Mill Road near the Luck Stone quarry outside Leesburg for a 450,000-square-foot data center with a small energy storage pilot. Supervisors denied it in April 2026 over steep slopes, looks and nearby homes. In May they agreed to look at it again.
