Oaklawn data center (Land Bay A, Leesburg)
The Oaklawn developers wanted a data center on 26.4 acres in southeast Leesburg, next to the Dulles Greenway and the Stratford neighborhood. Neighbors worried about noise. The Town Council denied it, and the developer sued, saying the plan met every town rule.
Where things stand: Town Council denied it 5-1-1; the developer sued the town in 2025.
๐ Latest update (July 2025): Developer sued the town over the denial.
