HHHunt Hunting Hawk Technology Park (near Wyndham)
HHHunt proposed 10 data center buildings (3.9 million square feet) on about 410 acres, including the Hunting Hawk Golf Club, north of Wyndham. The county plan calls for homes there. After a unanimous no from the Planning Commission, HHHunt pulled the plan.

The county planning commission voted 5-2 to recommend rezoning about 78 acres at 10171 E. Patrick Henry Road for WestDulles Properties' Iron Horse data center campus, with buildings up to 75 feet. Some members noted no noise study had been done. Supervisors make the final decision.

Supervisors voted unanimously to bring back the tax on data center computer equipment at 45 cents per $100 of value. They did not adopt a proposed raise of up to $3 per $100.
โ Turned down
Supervisors voted 4-3 to deny Tract's request to rezone about 430 acres on Mountain Road and Winns Church Road for the Mountain Road Technology Park, with five data center buildings and up to three substations near the Chickahominy River.
