Misae plans a 2,700-acre AI data center and energy farm north of Stockdale, off Highway 123. Trees had already been cleared by February 2026. More than 140 people came to a meeting in Stockdale; a resident group says it could pump up to 2 million gallons of water a day from a low aquifer.
