Circle T data center (Westlake, near Keller)
Developers want to build four data center buildings using 300 megawatts on 90 acres of Circle T Ranch in Westlake, right next to Keller homes. Neighbors sued, saying Westlake did not give proper public notice, and a judge paused the town's vote.
Where things stand: Planning board approved the site plan Aug. 4, 2026; a court order has blocked the Town Council vote on the development agreement while a lawsuit is heard.
