A company called PowerBridge plans a data center campus with its own gas power on ranch land near the Waha gas hub in Reeves County. It has asked to connect to the grid and ordered equipment, but has no tenant yet.
Where things stand: Land deal announced April 2026. First power hoped for in 2027; no tenant named.
