Tract is preparing a 265-acre site off County Road 4516 and U.S. 90 West near Castroville, next to Microsoft's campus, for data centers using up to 500 megawatts. Medina Electric Cooperative and East Medina County Special Utility District would serve it. Residents spoke out against it in May 2026.
