Legacy Investing plans a 50-megawatt data center on a 39-acre former go-kart track at 1000 Bolton Road in Marion, east of San Antonio. It would have about 243,000 square feet and could grow to 150 megawatts.
Where things stand: Company says it is being developed and should be ready in late 2027.
