Rowan Digital Infrastructure plans a $2.1 billion data center campus on 440 acres west of Lytle, between County Roads 683 and 6712. Medina County and the City of Lytle each approved an 80% property tax break for 10 years. Rowan plans to ask Lytle to annex the land.
