CyrusOne is studying a $2.6 billion data center campus on old mine land just outside Sulphur Springs. A lawsuit by the former landowner says the deed bans power plants there, and a judge has paused power generation until trial.
Where things stand: Earlier developer MSB Global left; CyrusOne is studying it. A court order bars power generation on the land until a trial next year.
