Two developers plan 24 data center buildings on 768 acres in the Ellis County part of Grand Prairie. The campus would have its own large power yard. They said the land was already rezoned.
Where things stand: Developers said in Feb. 2025 the land was rezoned and all permits were in hand; first building to get power May 2026.
