Viridien computing center (Longwood Drive, Brenham)
French tech company Viridien plans a $100 million computing center on 21 acres in Brenham, growing to three buildings and 45 megawatts by 2028. The city refused a tax break after many residents objected. The city says it is for the company's own research, not AI or crypto.
