Amazon 'Lavender Hill' data center (State Highway 211)

Amazon filed plans for a two-story, 93,000-square-foot data center called Lavender Hill at 2200 State Highway 211 on San Antonio's far west side. It is estimated to cost about $65 million. Amazon already did interior work on an earlier building at the same site in 2024.
Where things stand: State filing says construction starts Nov. 20, 2026, and ends Sept. 2028.
