Bitdeer data center at former Niles power plant site

Also called: Whitetail Creek LLC, Bitdeer Niles/Weathersfield

Bitdeer bought the old Niles power plant land and planned a 300-megawatt AI computing center there by late 2028. Most of the land is in Weathersfield Township, where zoning does not allow data centers. Niles dropped the annexation, and both places paused data centers.
