Farmington Technology Park (Tract data center campus)
Also called: Tract Farmington
Tract plans up to 12 data center buildings, about 2.5 million square feet, on about 340 acres in south Farmington. The city approved the plans in 2024. Residents and Castle Rock Township sued, but those cases were dropped in September 2026. No company that will use the site has been named.
Where things stand: City approved zoning and plats in 2024. As of late 2025 the city had no building plan for a specific data center. Both resident lawsuits were dropped in September 2026.
๐ Latest update (Sept 16, 2026): Plaintiffs filed dismissals in both lawsuits, according to the city. The residents' group said legal costs were too high.
