Sabey Decatur Technology Park (Indianapolis)

Also called: Sabey Decatur Township Data Center

Sabey plans two large data center buildings (about 900,000 sq ft) and a substation on 130 acres in Decatur Township. It says it will invest up to $4 billion and reach 250 megawatts. The land was already zoned industrial, so the City-County Council did not need to vote. A local group, Protect Decatur Township, opposes it.
