✅ Approved · Vineland
Vineland's planning board voted 8-1, near midnight, to approve the changed second phase of the DataOne/Nebius AI data center. It includes Bloom fuel cells running on natural gas and a 1.5 million gallon LNG tank. State air permits are still needed. No resident spoke in favor.
🚫 Ban · Millville
Millville's commissioners banned new data centers in the city. The vote stopped the proposed 1.4 gigawatt 'Millville Energy & Data Center Campus' (about 2.6 million sq ft).
