🗺️ Zoning change
Lowndes County rezoned about 719 acres on Coleman Road to light manufacturing with seven conditions. Data centers are allowed in that zone, so one could be built there, but the county says the rezoning is not an approval of any data center. The county has no data-center-specific ordinance yet and is studying one.
