Ten Mingo County residents sued TransGas and three federal agencies over the Adams Fork plan (an ammonia plant, two gas power plants and data centers). They say required federal steps were skipped, such as wildlife reviews, a Clean Water Act permit, an environmental review and approval of gas pipelines. No ruling was found yet.
