🤝 Agreement with the company · Amarillo
Amarillo City Council approved a 20-year deal to sell Fermi America up to 2.5 million gallons of water a day for its data center campus in Carson County, at twice the rate Amarillo residents pay. Fermi pays for the pipes and other needed work. A non-binding note allows talks about up to 10 million gallons a day later.
