Depending on where you live in Newton City: Entergy Texas Inc. (company) or Jasper-newton Electric Co-op, Inc. (co-op (owned by its members)) or Deep East Texas Electric Co-op Inc. (co-op (owned by its members)) or City of Newton (not available).
In much of Texas you can pick who sells you power, but this company owns the power lines.
