🤝 Agreement with the company · Unincorporated Jack County
Jack County commissioners put off a vote on a tax break for a CyrusOne data center on 485 to 940 acres near FM 2210 and Texas 199. It would start at $600 million and could grow to $2 billion. The company offered to take a 15% tax break for 10 years and give $1.5 million for emergency services, in return for noise controls, road repairs and paying full school taxes.
