Proposed
Wise Innovation Hub data center complex with gas power plant
Developers want nine data center buildings and their own gas power plant in a county business park near Lonesome Pine Airport. It would be built over about 10 years. Each building could pay $3 to 5 million a year in local taxes.
Where things stand: Early planning. Permits and environmental reviews still needed.
๐ Latest update (Feb 25, 2026): Plans for nine data center buildings (about 2 million square feet) were made public.
