Project Tallmadge (Takanock, Strasburg Industrial Park)
Takanock plans a data center campus on more than 80 acres in the Strasburg Industrial Park near I-81. Data centers were allowed there without a hearing when it bought the land. A revised plan in 2026 shrank it to two buildings with 120 MW of computing load, down from 320 MW.
Where things stand: Allowed by current zoning; the town is reviewing a revised site plan (August 2026).
