Proposed
Haven Oak Technology Park (Tract)
The company Tract wants to build a data center campus on nearly 1,000 acres in northern Dinwiddie. Part of the land is a Civil War battlefield. Neighbors worry about wells, noise and power bills.
Where things stand: Rezoning request is under review by county planners. It has not gone to a vote yet.
๐ Latest update (Sept 22, 2026): Tract held a public meeting. It said it dropped buildings over the battlefield and switched to closed-loop cooling.
