CleanArc VA1 data center campus (former Virginia Bazaar site)
CleanArc broke ground on a $3 billion campus along I-95 on the old Virginia Bazaar flea market site. It plans 900 MW in three steps through the mid-2030s, with closed-loop cooling to save water. It is the largest investment in county history.
Where things stand: Ground broken November 20, 2025. First 300 MW due in early 2027.
