Microsoft data center (Hebron)
Microsoft restarted its Hebron data center after pausing it in 2025. Crews cleared trees and are grading the land in 2026, with a substation planned. Microsoft has not shared its size, power or water use.
Where things stand: Mass grading set for February to November 2026, then the building itself.
