Cannon Falls Technology Park (Tract data center campus)
Tract plans a 1.75 million square foot data center campus on about 253 acres at the edge of Cannon Falls. The city approved it in November 2025. Tract says it will take up to 10 years to build and create about 275 long-term jobs. No company that will use it has been named.
Where things stand: City Council approved the permit and development deal 4-2 in November 2025.

- Sept 8, 2025Planning Commission took up the rezoning, permit and plat.
