Pikeville is talking with MD Squared Power about a $250 million data center of about 25-30 megawatts in the city's Kentucky Enterprise Industrial Park. The company projects about 190 construction jobs and 40 permanent jobs. Any final deal must be approved by the City Commission at a public meeting.
