🤝 Agreement with the company
Pikeville signed a preliminary agreement (MOU) with MD Squared Power LLC of Lexington to explore a data center at the Kentucky Enterprise Industrial Park. It gives 120 days of exclusive talks and does not give away land or lock in terms. The city says it signed no secret deal (NDA). Any final deal needs a City Commission vote at a public meeting after an independent review.
