Proposed
Project Zora (northern Warrick County)
Also called: Project Zora
A developer says it controls about 1,200 acres of old mine land in northern Warrick County and would build on about 300 acres, leaving the rest as a buffer. It says it has a future tenant it will name by the end of 2026. The county signed no deal and refused a secret agreement (NDA).
Where things stand: Early stage. No application filed. The developers say they won't apply before January 2027.
๐ Latest update (Aug 10, 2026): Residents spoke against a possible data center at an area plan meeting.
