Approved, not built yet
Vantage Data Centers campus (Pittsboro)
Also called: Vantage IN11, Hendricks County Technology Campus
Vantage Data Centers plans a campus on about 285 acres of a 626-acre farm site in Pittsboro. The plan shows three buildings of 256, 96 and 48 megawatts (about 400 MW in all). The town rezoned the land in March 2025.
Where things stand: The town council approved the rezoning in March 2025. Residents sued in April 2025. We found no building permit yet.
๐ Latest update (April 2025): Residents sued in Hendricks Circuit Court, saying notice was not enough and no traffic, water or environmental studies were required.
