Meta Lebanon data center campus (LEAP District)

Meta is building a $10 billion data center campus on about 1,500 acres in Lebanon's LEAP District. It is planned for 1 gigawatt of power and 10 data center buildings plus support buildings. Meta promised about 300 permanent jobs and $1 million a year for 20 years for energy bill help.
Where things stand: Groundbreaking February 2026. First phase expected online late 2027 or early 2028.
