Proposed
Avemore technology and data park (Atlas Development)
Also called: Avemore
Atlas Development wants to turn about 428 acres in Villa Rica, once planned for about 500 homes, into a data center park. Earlier site plans showed seven 350,000-square-foot buildings and a $5-7 billion investment. The first phase could start in 2028.
Where things stand: Filed for state review in April 2025 (refiled after a first filing was withdrawn). We found no final city vote.
🕒 Latest update (April 11, 2025): Atlas Development refiled the 428-acre Avemore technology park for state regional review (DRI #4451).
