Twiggs County commissioners voted unanimously to rezone about 300 acres of timberland near the Ocmulgee River for the Pine Ridge Tech Park, a planned very large AI data center by Eagle Rock Partners. No tenant has been named. The local power company says it cannot bring power before 2028.
