Stack Infrastructure plans a data center campus on Factory Shoals Road in Lithia Springs. It first filed two buildings in 2023, then two more plus a substation in 2024. Stack's website listed about 48 megawatts for the site.
Where things stand: Filed for state review in 2023 and an expansion in 2024; first phase was due by May 2026. We did not confirm construction.
