Thor Equities wants to build one large data center building (about 350,000 square feet) on about 559 acres in Kingston. The filing says it would cost about $1 billion, need about 150 megawatts of power, and use about 50,000 gallons of water a day. It would need a rezoning from the city.
Where things stand: Filed for state regional review in Sept. 2026. The city must still decide on rezoning.
