DC BLOX plans three data center buildings, about 1 million square feet, with a substation on Farmer Road near Conyers. The state filing values it at about $1.2 billion. It is the one Rockdale data center approved for construction.

Rockdale County extended its pause on data centers and battery storage sites through September 8, 2026 (Resolution 2026-12, amending Resolution 2026-01), while it rewrites its development code. A rezoning for the Project Rockforge data center in Conyers was headed to a vote on October 6, 2026.
