Project Bunkhouse is a plan for 12 data center buildings with about 8.7 million square feet of space in Bartow County. The state filing puts its value at $19 billion and its water use at about 625,000 gallons a day. It would be one of the largest projects in Georgia history.

📜 Data center rules
Bartow County finished a data center ordinance in January 2025. It allows data centers with a 200-foot buffer from the property line and noise limits: 65 decibels by day and 55 decibels at night. County leaders say they welcome data centers.
