Tesoro Groves (FPL land, Indiantown)
Also called: Tesoro Groves PUD
Florida Power & Light got about 5,700 acres in Indiantown rezoned for future development. FPL lists a data center among possible uses but says no project has been approved. Any project would need its own site plan and hearings.
Where things stand: Village approved FPL's rezoning in April 2026. FPL says it is a planning framework, not a specific project; a data center is one possible use.
๐ Latest update (July 2, 2026): The lawsuit was voluntarily dismissed with prejudice.
