QTS plans a very large campus of up to 16 data center buildings on about 375 acres in west Glendale, near Loop 303. At full size it could use 750 megawatts. QTS already lists several buildings there.
Where things stand: QTS bought the land in 2022 and filed plans in 2023. QTS lists several buildings with Camelback Road addresses.
